Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ISAM Developer with solid expertise in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), IAM, CIAM/EIAM, WebSEAL, AAC and MFA . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting IAM solutions for enterprise/banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement ISAM/ISVA-based IAM solutions .
- Work extensively with ISAM, ISVA, AAC and WebSEAL/Reverse Proxy .
- Implement and support MFA solutions including Email OTP, SMS OTP, TOTP, RSA and Bio-Connect.
- Implement authentication and federation using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0 and Kerberos .
- Design and implement Federation and SSO solutions.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise and banking applications.
- Work with LDAP, Active Directory, EDS/SDS and other identity repositories.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM, authentication, authorization and SSO issues.
- Create deployment plans and support deployments across different environments.
- Work with Ansible, Azure Pipelines and DevOps tools for automation and deployment.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC ,



including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security and business teams.

Experience & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in ISAM / IAM .
- Experience in CIAM/EIAM implementations.
- Experience in banking technology solutions and IAM implementation is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field.
- Experience in technical leadership, team management and mentoring is an advantage.
