Role Description The AEM - UI EDS - Senior Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, focused on designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces and experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. This role involves translating business and design requirements into responsive, accessible front-end solutions, collaborating closely with UX designers, back-end developers, and digital marketing stakeholders. The consultant will develop and maintain UI components and templates, optimize performance, ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and adhere to brand and style guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, providing technical input on UI and UX decisions,



troubleshooting UI-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of design and development standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, participating in code reviews, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with project timelines and quality expectations.
Qualifications

- Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and experience integrating UIs with AEM components and templates.
- Expertise in User Interface Design and Web Design, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and brand-aligned layouts and visual elements.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED), focusing on usability, accessibility, user flows, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience working as a senior consultant or lead UI engineer on enterprise content management or digital experience platforms, preferably AEM.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide guidance on UI/UX decisions.
- Familiarity with design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and version control systems (such as Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing maintainable, scalable, and testable front-end code.
