Job Opportunity: Senior Interior Designer (Coordination) – Building Interiors

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact interior spaces for real estate developers . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in conceptualizing and executing interiors for Sales Offices, Clubhouses, Lobbies, Reception Areas, Parking Zones, Gardens/Club Areas, and other Building Amenities — blending functionality with aesthetic excellence.

Scope & Accountabilities

- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP, Lighting and other consultants
- Review design development, working drawings, GFC drawings and technical details
- Coordinate and close design discrepancies, RFIs and drawing revisions
- Review materials, specifications, BOQs and design intent
- Coordinate between consultants, procurement and site teams
- Conduct design reviews and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Maintain drawing/documentation and design coordination records

Significant Screening Criteria

? Do NOT shortlist candidates whose primary experience is with Interior Contractors / Turnkey Contractors / Execution Contractors

? Candidates from cafés,



restaurants or predominantly retail execution projects are not preferred

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of interior design and technical detailing
- Good AutoCAD and drawing‑reading skills
- Strong consultant coordination and follow‑up
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery and MEP coordination
- Ability to work from the developer/client side and coordinate consultants and contractors

Competencies / Attributes

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

Target Profile

- Education : Bachelor/Diploma in Interior Designing
- Experience : 5–10 years in the real estate industry, handling multi‑site interior projects. High‑rise residential experience is mandatory .
- Candidates currently or previously working with a Real Estate Developer or Interior Design/Architecture Consultancy preferred
- Experience in premium residential or large‑scale real estate projects desirable
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple design consultants and project stakeholders
