Videomax International Pvt. Ltd. (VMI) is a Greater Noida-headquartered OEM/ODM/EMS electronics manufacturer, in operation for over four decades. We're hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Manager for our Surajpur plant.
Key Responsibilities
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related filings) accurately and on schedule
- Handle TDS — calculation, deduction, deposit and return filing
- Apply basic customs knowledge for import-related documentation and duty computation
- Manage day-to-day banking operations, including reconciliation and bank correspondence
- Maintain the daily ledger with accurate,
up-to-date bookkeeping
- Maintain parties' (vendor/customer) ledgers and carry out regular account reconciliation
- Generate and process sales and purchase invoices
- Generate and manage E-way bills for goods movement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com or inter-CA is a plus
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, banking processes and basic customs procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
