Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator will be responsible for managing and growing Panigrahana Weddings’ presence across key social media platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging visual and written content, and scheduling posts that showcase the company’s services and wedding projects. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and responding to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the operations and creative teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, client stories, and event highlights,



ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with marketing goals. The position also requires staying updated on trends in weddings, social media, and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, manage platforms, and improve reach and engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills to create compelling posts, captions, and messages, and to interact professionally with clients and followers.
- Experience with basic photo and video editing tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).
- Understanding of wedding or event industry trends, with a creative eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation; agency or wedding/event management experience is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
