Design Built Studio is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
2. Develop 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
4. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
5. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
6. Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (BArch).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS-Office.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning, interior detailing, and construction.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- English and Kannada are mandatory.
- Willing to work from our Bangalore Office.
