We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Validation Lead with strong expertise in SAP data migration and validation to lead end-to-end data validation activities for SAP implementation and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Perform table-to-table data validation between legacy and SAP systems.
- Handle large-volume data validation and reconciliation.
- Validate data during SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Analyze SAP data structures and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Work with LTMC, LTMOM and SAP Migration Cockpit .
- Validate data extracted/transformed through ETL tools .
- Develop and execute SQL queries and validation scripts .
- Design and maintain data reconciliation frameworks .
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with technical/functional teams for resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Lead validation activities in global SAP implementation/migration projects .
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of experience in SAP Data Validation / Data Migration .
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA migration .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Table-to-Table Data Validation
- Large Volume Data Validation
- Data Reconciliation
- SQL
- Validation Scripts
- SAP Data Structures
- Good hands-on knowledge of LTMC / LTMOM / Migration Cockpit .
- Experience working with ETL tools .
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience handling end-to-end data validation activities in SAP projects.
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP MDG / Data Governance .
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Pharma or Finance domains.
- Experience working on global SAP projects .
