Own the usage, health, relationship and growth of existing Tagway customers.
This is not a traditional sales role. The AM acts as the customer's trusted point of contact, ensuring continuous product adoption and building long-term relationships that lead to recurring and expansion revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer usage and adoption, with particular focus on regular and accurate stock checks.
- Own the overall customer relationship and ensure a high level of service.
- Understand customer operations, stakeholders and future business plans.
- Identify declining usage/customer-health risks and coordinate internally for resolution.
- Manage approximately 60 accounts through structured CRM, Cycle Tasks, Account Reviews and visits.
- Grow revenue through tags, AMC, licenses, additional stores and other Tagway solutions.
- Generate references and introductions from satisfied customers.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years in B2B Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services.
- Strong ownership and service mindset.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly structured with solid CRM and follow-up discipline.
- Commercially curious without being transactional.
- SaaS, ERP, POS, Retail Tech or B2B technology experience
Bare minimum eligibility
- Previous account management experience (Domestic market)
- Should be comfortable for 6 days Onsite
- Willingness and ability to travel (North India)
