Hiring: Business Development Executive | IT Projects

Nextkoder is looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT project sales/business development.

Position: Business Development Executive – IT Projects

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Salary: ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Monthly Target: Minimum 5 IT projects/month

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for IT projects

• Find potential clients through , email, calls, and other channels

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team

• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Incentive Structure:

5 projects/month = Target achieved

Every project above 5 = Additional incentive

Requirements:





• 1–2 years of experience in IT project sales / BDE

• Understanding of website, mobile app, UI/UX, or software development projects

• Strong client communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently generate and follow up with leads

• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work remotely

• Solid focus on closing deals, not just generating leads

This is not a passive BDE role. We are looking for someone who can actively find opportunities, communicate with prospects, and close IT projects.
