Job Description:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.

- Work closely with business and operations teams to understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Perform As-Is and To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, and process optimisation.

- Analyse operational workflows to identify manual handoffs, process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

- Support regulatory change and compliance-driven programs by assessing business and operational impacts.

- Support the implementation and rollout of current platforms, systems, and transformation initiatives.

- Translate business and operational requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage and engage with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

- Support UAT, implementation readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation improvements where required.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives from an operations and process perspective.
