Job Description:

Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

- Lead and perform end-to-end penetration testing and Red Team engagements.
- Conduct authorized security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and attack paths.
- Perform penetration testing across:
- Web Applications
- APIs
- Mobile Applications Android & iOS
- Network & Infrastructure
- Active Directory
- Cloud environments
- External/Internal infrastructure

- Conduct black-box, grey-box, and white-box penetration testing as required.
- Simulate real-world attacker techniques to assess the effectiveness of security controls.

Vulnerability Identification & Exploitation

- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities to demonstrate their actual business and security impact.
- Perform manual testing in addition to automated vulnerability scanning.
- Identify security weaknesses including:
- OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Authentication & Authorization issues
- Injection vulnerabilities
- Privilege escalation
- Misconfigurations
- API security vulnerabilities
- Business logic vulnerabilities
- Active Directory vulnerabilities
- Network security weaknesses

- Develop and validate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for identified vulnerabilities.

Red Team Operations





- Plan and execute Red Team exercises simulating real-world attack scenarios.
- Perform reconnaissance, enumeration, exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and other authorized attack techniques.
- Assess the organization's ability to detect and respond to simulated attacks.
- Identify attack paths and security control gaps.

Reporting & Remediation

- Prepare detailed penetration testing and Red Team assessment reports.
- Clearly document vulnerabilities, exploitation evidence, business impact, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations.
- Work with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to validate remediation.
- Perform retesting to confirm that identified vulnerabilities have been successfully remediated.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers / Red Team professionals.
- Review penetration testing methodologies, findings, and technical reports.
- Ensure assessments are conducted according to defined security testing standards and methodologies.
- Manage multiple penetration testing engagements and ensure timely delivery.
