Hill Spring International School (HSIS) is looking for a passionate and accomplished English Teacher to join our Senior School team and inspire students to think critically, communicate confidently and engage deeply with language and literature.
The Role
- Deliver engaging, inquiry-driven English lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
- Inspire students to develop strong analytical, literary, written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare and guide students for IGCSE and IBDP assessments and examinations.
- Support IBDP students with Internal Assessments, Individual Oral and academic writing.
- Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental initiatives and the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE and/or IBDP English.
- IBDP and/or Cambridge training will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for English, literature, critical thinking and student development.
