We're Hiring: Proposal Associate

Location: Bengaluru

ParyAI Solutions is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Associate to support the development of technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions for our technology-driven solutions.

Experience: 1–3 years in proposal writing, bid management, tender documentation, or pre-sales support

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / management or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile technical & commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documents

• Coordinate with sales, technical,



and management teams to gather proposal inputs

• Ensure proposals are structured, accurate, professional, and aligned with client requirements

• Track government and private tender opportunities and support timely bid submissions

• Maintain proposal templates, case studies, company profiles, and reference documents

• Maintain records of submitted proposals and track proposal status

Desired Skills:

- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Valuable understanding of proposal writing and tender documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured manner

Preferred: Experience in proposal writing, bid management, or pre-sales support. Exposure to SaaS, IoT, AI, environmental, or industrial solutions is an added advantage. Basic understanding of government tendering processes is preferred.
