n Key Responsibilities
n✅ Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals .
n✅ Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
n✅ Manage customer escalations and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
n✅ Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.




n✅ Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits.
n✅ Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
n✅ Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
n
n Required Experience
n✔ 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO environment.
n✔ 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations.
