nTo develop and drive the organization's long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, enhanced shareholder value, and competitive advantage through strategic planning, business portfolio optimization, organic and inorganic growth initiatives, market expansion, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.

- Develop and drive the company's 3–5 year and 10-year strategic roadmap.n
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and current businesses.n
- Define strategic priorities aligned with shareholder expectations and market trends.n
- Lead annual strategic planning and business review processes.n
- Establish strategic KPIs and monitor execution.n

n Organic Growth Strategy

- Drive business expansion plans domestically and internationally.n
