We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP S&OP; Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for S&OP; processes.
- Configure and support IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP; processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
- Configure Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, Time Profiles, Versions, and Planning Operators.
- Design and implement end-to-end S&OP; processes, including:
- Demand Review
- Supply Review
- Inventory Review
- Pre-S&OP;
- Executive S&OP;
- Configure consensus demand planning and statistical forecasting processes.




- Support demand and supply balancing, capacity constraints, inventory targets, and what-if simulations.
- Configure Supply Planning / Response & Supply functionality where required.
- Develop and maintain planning views, alerts, dashboards, and analytics.
- Configure and monitor integration between SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Work with SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS for master data and transactional data integration.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
- Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work with technical teams to resolve integration and application issues.
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior consultants.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
- Strong expertise in S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Good experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Planning Areas
- Planning Levels
- Key Figures
- Attributes
- Time Profiles
- Versions
- Planning Operators
- Planning Views




- Alerts
- Good understanding of statistical forecasting and demand planning.
- Experience with consensus demand planning and demand review processes.
- Knowledge of supply planning, capacity planning, inventory planning, and constrained supply planning.
- Experience with CPI-DS / CI-DS and SAP IBP integrations.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA / ECC PP, MM, SD integration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.

Good to Have

- SAP IBP certification.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation/rollout projects.
- Experience with SAP IBP Response & Supply / OBP.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and IBP analytics.
- Experience with IBP Supply Optimizer and Heuristics.
- Exposure to SAP APO DP/SNP is an advantage.
- Experience in global S&OP; transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
