SAP SD/CCM Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP SD/CCM Consultant on a remote basis for an initial 2 month contract.

Role Overview:

You will join an established SAP S/4HANA programme during the final stages of delivery, working alongside the existing consultant to complete knowledge transfer, support business readiness activities, assist with cutover, and ensure a successful go-live.

Following go-live, you will remain responsible for production support, issue resolution and ongoing optimisation as part of the hypercare and stabilisation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete knowledge transfer with the current SAP SD/CCM consultant.
- Support the project through final preparation, cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide SAP SD and Condition Contract Management (CCM) functional and techno-functional expertise.
- Resolve defects and production issues during hypercare.
- Support business users during go-live and stabilisation.
- Liaise with technical teams on enhancements,



interfaces and bug fixes where required.
- Work closely with global project teams to ensure successful transition into BAU support.

Key Skills:

- Robust SAP SD experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM).
- Techno-functional background with the ability to troubleshoot configuration and technical issues.
- Previous experience supporting SAP go-lives, cutover activities and hypercare.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience within Consumer Products / FMCG / CPG environments would be highly advantageous.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous exposure to Vistex.
- Knowledge of rebate and incentive management processes.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Experience working with distributed global project teams.
