TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst interested in applying AI to real operational and commercial problems.

You will work with clients, AI engineers and project leads to understand business processes, uncover inefficiencies, define requirements and help shape bespoke AI solutions. You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you should be curious about AI and able to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

What you will do

- Participate in client discovery sessions and understand their processes and objectives.




- Map workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate client needs into user stories, process flows and solution specifications.
- Work with engineers to ensure solutions address the underlying business problem.
- Support testing, demonstrations, workshops and client communications.

What we are looking for

- One to three years of experience in business analysis, consulting, technology delivery, operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Explicit written and verbal communication.
- Confidence working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Curiosity about generative AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently within a remote team.

It would be helpful if you have

- Experience documenting workflows, requirements or user stories.
- Exposure to consulting, digital transformation or software implementation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart.

Prior AI experience is not essential. We care more about your ability to learn quickly, think clearly and bring structure to ambiguous business problems.
