- - Lead end?to?end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Build and optimize LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation engines.
- Architect and deliver high?performance enterprise solutions integrating AI models with full?stack applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business stakeholders) to identify and solve business challenges using AI.
- Improve model quality, reduce inference cost, and ensure accuracy through validation frameworks and continuous training.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using GCP/Azure and containerized environments (Docker, Nginx, Linux).
- Manage program delivery, leading teams and vendors to achieve milestones within aggressive timelines.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., DEPA, IRDAI).
