Job Description: HR Manager – Manufacturing / Blue-Collar Workforce

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR activities for shop-floor and blue-collar employees.

- Handle employee grievances, absenteeism, discipline, attendance, shifts and overtime.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, machinists, engineers and supervisors.

- Drive manpower planning and develop sourcing channels through ITIs, colleges, portals and referrals.

- Manage joining, induction, employee records, transfers, confirmations and exits.

- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave and overtime.

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws.

- Support performance management, training and employee development.

- Prepare HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism and overtime.

- Provide HR insights and practical people-management solutions to management.

- Maintain a positive, disciplined and professional work workplace.
