We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Campaign Management team at PPSL. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of CLM campaigns — from creation and segmentation to quality checks and performance tracking — ensuring every communication is accurate, targeted, and impactful.
What you will doBuild, manage, and quality-check campaigns on CleverTap — including segmentation, journey setup, and dashboard monitoringCollaborate closely with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to bring campaigns to life accurately and on timeOwn campaign quality — review setups, validate audience segments,



and catch errors before campaigns go liveAnalyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvementTake full ownership of outcomes — from briefing to execution to reporting
What we are looking for2-5 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Management/Operations or a similar roleStrong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaigns, segmentation, and dashboardsProven ability to work cross-functionally with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and comfort with experimentationClear and effective communication skills — written and verbalHigh ownership — someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasksWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
