Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end servicing and backend operations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service requests.

* Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders for seamless policy servicing.

* Monitor policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and other post-sales service activities.

* Track service TATs, pending cases and escalations while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.

* Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall client experience.

* Maintain MIS, service dashboards and governance reports for regular business reviews.

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

* Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institute; MBA/PGDM preferred.





* Insurance-related certifications would be an added advantage.

* Solid understanding of corporate/general insurance operations and servicing processes preferred.

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

* 4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance servicing, operations or backend functions.

* Strong knowledge of policy servicing, endorsements, renewals and operational processes.

* Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving and MIS capabilities.

* High customer orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively.
