Working as an integral part of the Application Operations team, you will work closely with Support Analysts, Software Developers, Product teams, Service delivery teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure the smooth running of key client assets across Tax & Legal. We are looking for someone with a background in technology, ideally to degree level to join an expanding team and be part of a new Technology capability.

Qualifications

1. You may have …

2. Intermediate knowledge of MS Desktop and Server operating systems

3. Intermediate knowledge of SQL scripting and/or PowerShell scripting

4. ITIL Foundation certification

5. Experience of supporting bespoke software solutions

6. First-hand experience of incident management & request fulfilment in an Application Support/2nd line context

7. Release & Deployment experience

8. Experience of Jira Service Management

9. Experience of producing management information/reporting for senior management

10. Service Management experience
