We are hiring enthusiastic candidate for the role as a Customer Support, you will assist customers, handle queries, and provide support in multiple languages to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required
- Communicate clearly and politely with customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow company processes and guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers or 6–12 months experience in customer support
- Basic computer knowledge
