Description
As a Team Member-Investigation, you will be an integral part of our Support Services-Vigilance team, working closely with investigators and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support during investigations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage case files, and assist in the collection and analysis of data.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the investigation team, including document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible.
- Conduct initial research and data analysis to support ongoing investigations.
- Liaise with external parties, such as regulatory bodies and legal professionals, to gather information and coordinate activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of investigation protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to investigations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the investigation team lead.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or criminology, is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
