- Own proactive problem and risk management across the engagement, demonstrating consistent delivery against project commitments and quality standards.
- Accurately estimate level of effort and duration for projects and tasks, and work with Project/Delivery Managers to devise realistic timelines and schedules.

Solutioning & Stakeholder Engagement
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutioning for current and new opportunities, from requirement analysis through to proposal delivery, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
- Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), Leads, Managers, and Project/Delivery Managers to finalise solutions and estimates.
- Partner with Project/Delivery Managers to build POCs (Proof of Concepts), prototypes, and sample developments.
- Act as the bridge between the client and the delivery team during transition of won opportunities, supporting the Discovery Phase including agenda finalisation, facilitation material preparation, dry runs, and the actual engagement.
