nWe are hiring a motivated Business Development Manager to drive network growth, revenue generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in Digital Marketing and preferably an Affiliate Marketing background.

nJob Responsibilities

- n
- Generate and onboard recent Domestic and International clients.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.n
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, upselling, and strategic partnerships.n
- Manage day-to-day client communication and requirement gathering.n
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client support.n




- Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.n
- Follow up on validations, invoices, and payments.n
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.n

nMinimum Requirements
n

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.n
- Minimum of 2 years to 4 years of experience in related / similar role.n
- Excellent command on Spoken & Written Englishn
- Able to work independently as well as liaise with team(s)n
- Good Interpersonal Skillsn
- Self-Motivatedn
- Learning Attituden

- Experience in Affiliate Marketing Networks.n
- Understanding of Performance Marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, CPC, CPM).n
