Hiring: Site In charge/ O&M; Engineer / Senior Technician – Solar Rooftop Project

Location: Bidadi, Bangalore, Karnataka

⚡ Project Size: 9 MW Rooftop Solar Project

Industry: Solar PV Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Site Incharge / O&M; Engineer / Senior Technician for our large-scale rooftop solar project in Bangalore. C Class Supervisor License of Karnataka is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Daily operation and maintenance of rooftop solar plants
n
- Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
n
- Troubleshooting of inverters, SCBs, ACDB/DCDB, and related electrical systems
n
- Monitoring plant performance and ensuring maximum uptime
n
- Coordination with site teams and reporting activities
n
- Ensuring safety compliance at site
n

n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n




- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
n
- 3–5 years of experience in Solar O&M; projects
n
- Mandatory: Karnataka Electrical Supervisor License
n
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting
n
- Ability to handle site operations independently
n

Preferred Skills

- Experience in MW-scale rooftop solar projects
n
- Robust troubleshooting and reporting skills
n
- Team handling capability
n
