Build Scalable Workforce Solutions for India’s Core Industries

We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Temporary Staffing to lead and scale our Non-IT Workforce Solutions business across sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining and other core industries.

This role combines business leadership, P&L; ownership, client development and workforce operations, with responsibility for building a profitable and scalable staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the P&L;, revenue, margins and overall business performance of the temporary staffing vertical.
- Develop new business by identifying organizations with large-scale workforce requirements and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the complete staffing lifecycle, including mobilization, deployment, workforce management, retention and account growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across business development, recruitment and staffing operations.
- Develop workforce solutions tailored to client requirements, including large-volume and project-based manpower deployment.




- Identify new sectors, markets and opportunities to expand the Non-IT staffing business.
- Ensure strong operational discipline around compliance, payroll coordination, documentation, collections and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in Temporary Staffing, Contract Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Recruitment or Manpower Services.
- Strong experience in Non-IT / Blue-collar / Engineering / Industrial hiring.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and P&L; management.
- Experience managing large-scale workforce deployment and client accounts.
- Strong understanding of staffing commercials, margins, compliance and operational processes.
- Ability to build and lead teams and work closely with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
