Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Drive profitable business growth through new corporate acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

* Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, brokers and key intermediaries.

* Develop a strong sales pipeline and identify new market and cross-sell opportunities.

* Lead client negotiations, renewals and retention while ensuring portfolio profitability.

* Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Operations to deliver effective client solutions.

* Track business performance, market trends and competition to drive sales strategy.

Education & Certification

* MBA/PGDM from a premier/reputed institute, preferably in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines.





* Relevant certifications in Insurance/Risk Management would be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

* Relevant experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, preferably within General Insurance, Insurance Broking or BFSI.

* Strong track record in business development, corporate acquisition and key account management.

* Robust understanding of corporate insurance products and market dynamics.

* Excellent negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong commercial acumen with a result-oriented and data-driven approach.
