About This Role:
As a Product Manager at KIBO, you will play a vital role supporting the product lifecycle for our eCommerce and Order Management System Platform, helping to turn client needs into functional, innovative features. This is a hands-on role where you will learn to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working closely with senior product leaders to deliver value to our global clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the senior PM team in managing the product lifecycle for eCommerce and OMS features, from initial research to final launch
- Translate problems into clear,
outcome‑oriented PRDs and user stories; leverage AI to draft and refine specs and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering.
- Partner with Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality features on time, using AI‑powered tools for planning, status, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and ensuring that project timelines are met through rigorous organization and task management
- Work with internal stakeholders to document detailed functional requirements and user stories for the engineering team
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, helping the team prioritize the backlog and clarify requirements during development sprints
- Conduct market research and perform ROI analysis to help build business cases for new product initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure product releases meet our quality standards
- Help create internal documentation and "cheat sheets" to explain new features to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor customer feedback and product performance metrics to suggest improvements for the user experience
- Continuously synthesize customer feedback, product usage, and market signals using AI tools
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role within a software/SaaS environment
- Experience in eCommerce, Supply Chain technology, or Retail ERP systems
- Experience evaluating and prioritizing technology partner integrations,
including gathering joint requirements, defining integration use cases and data flows, and translating them into clear specs for Engineering. Key integration areas include ERP systems, marketplaces, supply chain, payments, and other commerce-related solutions.
- AI‑native Product Manager to own the discovery and delivery of key components of Kibo’s unified commerce platform. You will use AI agents and data‑driven workflows to deeply understand customer problems and partner with Engineering and GTM teams to deliver differentiated, high‑impact capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- A "can-do" attitude with a knack for breaking down complex problems into small, manageable tasks
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without letting the small details slip through the cracks
- A team-first mindset and a hunger to learn from senior mentors and engineers.
