About the opportunity
The Finance shared service center supports specific business functions through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and is primarily responsible for data modeling including report maintenance and development, identifying risks and opportunities, and working with expense owners to achieve operational objectives while adhering to financial targets. What you’ll get to do

Analyze, organize and transform data into information critical to forecasting processes
Reconcile data received with operational deliverables provided to approve or identify corrective actions required
Generate new and existing reporting to improve financial transparency, identify inefficiencies, streamline and automate initiatives, and support productivity.
Analyze and manipulate data to provide insight for corporate needs as required.
Communicate detailed financial information to business partners upon request
Develop and maintain knowledge of various financial and reporting systems, namely Netsuite and OneStream
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
Familiar with SOP drafting and Transitions

Skills and experience we value

4-6 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn
Robust data collection and collation skills
Willing to take ownership of process and data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Have a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize as needed
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.
Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate US and Asian time zones
Experience with finance software such as Netsuite, OneStream, Coupa, Power BI and SalesForce would be a plus
