As an AES Salesforce LwC/ Agentforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will engage in the integration of Salesforce with various systems, applications, and databases to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that specializes in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms
- Developing and customizing Salesforce applications to optimize operational efficiency and support client strategic objectives
- Analyzing client needs to provide seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations to deliver quality solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and integration analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Implementing process automations and Salesforce workflows to enhance data flow and process efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to uphold professional and technical standards in Salesforce system integration
- Navigating ambiguity and embracing change to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization and salesforce Agentforce
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in integration architecture implementation and middleware development
- Navigating complex business integrations with intellectual curiosity
- Embracing change and learning agility in client-focused environments
