- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, brokers and key intermediaries.

- Develop a strong sales pipeline and identify new market and cross-sell opportunities.

- Lead client negotiations, renewals and retention while ensuring portfolio profitability.

- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Operations to deliver effective client solutions.

- Track business performance, market trends and competition to drive sales strategy.

- Postgraduate from premier institutes

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

- Strong business development mindset

- Experience in financial services or insurance distribution

- Good understanding of insurance attachment and cross-sell models

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel
