Job Summary
Commercial Executive to manage EOU operations and oversee dispatches for both export
and domestic shipments. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, customs regulations,
and coordination with SEZ (Kandla) authorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle complete documentation and compliance for EOU operations.
• Manage export and domestic dispatches including planning, coordination, and
execution.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations for all transactions.
• Manage customs documentation, clearance, and liaison with customs authorities.
• Coordinate with SEZ Kandla for approvals, documentation, and operational
requirements.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill,
etc.
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters,
CHA, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial/export operations.
• Solid knowledge of GST and customs rules & regulations.
• Experience working with EOU and SEZ (Kandla) processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
