1. Collect relevant samples as per specification as required for testing and after completion of work, place the sample on designated area/place.

2. Analysis of all analytical samples in quality control laboratory as per SOP’s and Specifications.

3. Performing the analytical activity in LabWare LIMS as assign roll.

4. Respective analytical data entry in LabWare LIMS/logbook (if required).

5. To perform contemporaneous analytical activity in LabWare LIMS.

6. To ensure proper taking care and Cleaning of QC instruments/Equipment’s.

7. To inform any OOS, OOT, significant changes and incident to Supervisor/Section In Charge and involvement in the investigation.

8. Ensure safety, valuable documentation practice, data integrity and GMP (Laboratories Control) in QC.

9.



Handling of working standard/impurity standard/reference standard/ primary standard as per respective procedure.

10. Ensure cleaning of the instruments/Equipment before and after operation during respective analysis.

11. Destruction of left over samples after batch reviews & released.

12. Responsible for any Internal & External Audit compliance.

13. To attend training as per ATP schedule and on all mandatory topics.

14. Report instrument breakdown to Lab support team as per timeline.

15. Follow safety guidelines and cGMPs.

16. Other activity/work assigned by Supervisor /Section Head/ Head QC and Designee.
