HIRING Sales & Marketing: Associate Director of Sales & Marketing Hotel Business | Kolkata | Senior Leadership Role Location Kolkata Industry Hotel / Hospitality Experience 10 to 15 years preferred Preference Candidates from globally branded hotels in Kolkata or Eastern India Role Summary We are looking for a robust hotel sales and marketing leader who can take ownership of revenue, build market relationships, lead the sales team and improve business performance across rooms, banquets, F&B;, corporate sales, MICE and events. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue across rooms, banquets, F&B;, corporate accounts, MICE and events. Build and lead the sales team with clear targets, review discipline and accountability. Strengthen relationships with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners, event agencies and key accounts. Create monthly sales plans, marketing campaigns and revenue strategies. Improve occupancy, ARR, RevPAR, banquet revenue and overall hotel profitability. Work closely with operations, front office, revenue management and F&B; teams.



Track competition, market demand, pricing opportunities and conversion performance. Ensure strong brand positioning, lead generation and local market visibility. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 to 15 years of hotel sales and marketing experience. Current or previous role as DOSM, Director of Sales, Sales Head or Commercial Head. Experience with a branded hotel chain will be strongly preferred. Strong network in Kolkata corporate, travel, events and hospitality market. Proven ability to generate business, not just manage reports. Comfortable with revenue numbers, team reviews, market visits and direct client relationships. Clear understanding of rooms, banquets, F&B;, corporate revenue and hotel profitability. What We Need: This is not a coordination role. We need a revenue leader who can take ownership, build the market, push the team and directly impact hotel performance.
