The Role We are seeking a hands-on Application / Software Modernization Architect with deep expertise in agentic AI systems to join our global Application Modernization group. In this client-facing role , you will bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real-world enterprise outcomes - designing tailor made solutions, leading discovery workshops,



delivering compelling demos, and producing actionable project estimates and roadmaps. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on enough to prototype, build proof-of-concepts, and guide modernization teams.
