Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Portfolio and creative ability matter more than years of experience.
Compensation: ₹3.5 – ₹4.2 Lakhs per annum

About the Role Savvy Signature is looking for a creative, visually driven Motion Graphics & Social Media Designer to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences from social media creatives and reels to motion graphics, campaign assets and digital content.

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, strategy, development and leadership teams to create work that is not only visually strong but also communicates a explicit message and delivers a purpose. At Savvy Signature, designers are encouraged to contribute ideas rather than simply execute briefs. You will have the opportunity to experiment with new creative formats, develop your own concepts and see your work progress from an initial idea to a live campaign.

What You Will Be Doing Create high-quality social media creatives, reels, videos and motion graphics
Develop visual concepts for brands, campaigns and digital platforms
Translate creative briefs and marketing ideas into compelling visual executions
Create animations, transitions and motion-based content for social media and digital campaigns
Adapt and optimise creative assets across different platforms, formats and dimensions
Collaborate with creative, marketing and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life
Contribute creative ideas and visual direction to campaigns and content
Stay up to date with emerging design, motion graphics and social media trends
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through to final delivery




Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and attention to detail

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, curious and proactive, someone who can take an idea and turn it into something visually interesting.
You should have:
A strong understanding of social media design and visual communication
Good knowledge of motion graphics, animation and video editing
A strong eye for typography, composition, layouts and visual storytelling
The ability to develop creative concepts independently
A proactive, self-starting approach to work
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
A willingness to experiment, learn and continuously improve
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment

Skills & Tools Experience with the following tools is preferred:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma or similar design tools

Bonus: Experience with 3D design, animation or tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
