Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Drive new business acquisition by identifying and onboarding prospective corporate clients.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across identified industries and market segments.

* Develop relationships with corporate clients, brokers, intermediaries, and other distribution partners.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with Underwriting and internal teams to provide suitable insurance solutions.

* Drive proposal discussions, negotiations, and conversions to achieve defined revenue and business targets.

* Track market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Education & Certification

* MBA/PGDM from a premier/reputed institute, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.





* Relevant Insurance/Risk Management certifications would be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

* Relevant experience in Corporate/B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in General Insurance, Insurance Broking, or BFSI.

* Strong orientation towards new client acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion.

* Good understanding of corporate insurance products and the B2B sales lifecycle.

* Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

* Target-driven, proactive, and commercially oriented with the ability to work in a rapid-paced sales environment
