Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMI Delivery / Technical Analyst / M&A; Data Integration Lead with a solid background in enterprise technology delivery, data engineering, analytics, or architecture.

The ideal candidate will bridge technical teams and senior business stakeholders, driving data integration initiatives and ensuring smooth delivery across M&A;/PMI programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive data integration and technology delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, and Architecture teams.
• Translate technical discussions into clear business outcomes and actionable plans.
• Manage discussions, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines independently.




• Provide concise and effective updates to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
• Support M&A;/PMI technology integration activities and cross-functional coordination.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience
Background in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Architecture
Experience transitioning into Program / Integration Management
Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms
Strong understanding of modern data-stack environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to independently drive initiatives from day one
Strong stakeholder management skills

Ideal Profile: A technically strong delivery/program professional who can confidently communicate with both engineering teams and senior business leadership.
