ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant – Dutch Payroll with robust expertise in SAP HR Payroll, Time Management, and Netherlands payroll legislation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors integrations, with strong client-facing and solution design capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and integrate SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll for Netherlands payroll processes.
• Work with PCRs, Schemas, Payroll Configuration, PA, OM & Time Management.
• Analyse business requirements and design robust technical/functional solutions.
• Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE, GAP analysis, feasibility studies, and effort estimation.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, implementation, migration, upgrades & production support.




• Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Time with SAP Payroll.
• Perform data cleansing, scrambling, conversion and legacy-to-SAP migration activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams and technical/functional teams.
• Prepare process documentation and ensure compliance with Dutch payroll legislation.

10+ years of SAP HCM / HR Payroll experience
Strong Dutch/Netherlands Payroll expertise
SAP PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll
Strong knowledge of PCRs & Schemas
SAP ECC HCM experience
SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience
EC Time / Payroll integration
Dutch Payroll legislation & compliance
Client-facing & stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Dutch + English proficiency

Preferred: Experience in global, complex and highly customized SAP HCM environments.
