AP Guru is a leading online tutoring company working with students worldwide across SAT, ACT, AP, IB, IGCSE, A-Level and other international programmes. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage inbound student enquiries, counsel prospective families and convert enquiries into enrolments.

Conduct Zoom calls with prospective students and parents
Understand students’ academic needs, goals and timelines
Explain AP Guru’s programmes, tutoring model and packages
Recommend the most suitable programme and tutoring plan
Coordinate with the academic team for demo classes and tutor allocation
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions or education counselling
~ Excellent spoken and written English
~ Solid follow-up, organisation and relationship-building skills
~ Experience in education or tutoring sales is a plus

Fully Remote
Training: First month from our Mumbai office
After Training: Fully remote
Weekly off: One weekday
