The Prospect

This is not a typical relationship-manager hire. It is a deliberate, high-investment program designed to take driven early-career professionals and shape them into future leaders of the wealth business.

Over two quarters, selected candidates go through an intensive, in-depth training curriculum, including:

- Masterclasses from industry specialists and academia
- Sessions and mentorship from senior partners
- Practical assignments simulating real client scenarios
- Structured on-the-job training alongside experienced wealth managers

Once trained, we don't leave you to figure out client acquisition alone — the firm actively supports you in building your book, through warm introductions, setting up initial client meetings, and helping you close relationship discussions.

What You'll Do

- Complete the 2-quarter Future Leaders training program, building deep expertise in wealth management fundamentals, products, and advisory frameworks
- Work closely with senior partners and specialists to learn how bespoke wealth solutions are built for HNI/UHNI clients
- Take ownership of client relationships as the firm helps you build your book through warm introductions and supported meetings
- Design and deliver tailored wealth solutions — across investments, estate planning, and allied advisory areas — suited to each client's goals
- Build long-term,



trust-based relationships that go beyond transactions
- Selected candidates will transition into full-time role of a Wealth Manager at the end of 6 months training process.

What We're Looking For

Profile

- 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally with early exposure to wealth management, private banking, financial services, or a closely related field
- A good working understanding of the basics of wealth management — products, client servicing, or investment fundamentals
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Kolkata. Location flexibility may be required.
- Ready to join Unien by end Dec’26 or early Jan’27
