About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Promo Writer who can shape the promotional storytelling behind SoulSensei’s workshops, guides, personal sessions and community experiences. Every experience on SoulSensei begins with a practice, a guide and a moment of clarity. Your role will be to identify what makes that experience meaningful and translate it into compelling campaign narratives, video scripts, hooks and launch communication that make the right person stop, pay attention and take action.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with an understanding of audience behaviour and performance insights. You will independently shape promotional communication from concept to execution while ensuring every piece of content remains authentic to the SoulSensei brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of campaign concepts and promotional narratives for workshops, personal sessions, launches and special initiatives.
- Write compelling scripts for short-form performance marketing videos, digital campaigns, launch assets and community communication.




- Develop transparent messaging frameworks and creative directions for major campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth research using session recordings, landing pages, topic research and audience insights.
- Collaborate with guide and partner managers to understand each guide, session and offering in depth.
- Translate spiritual, mindfulness and wellness topics into communication that is engaging, accessible and relatable.
- Write robust, standalone hooks that immediately capture attention and encourage the audience to continue watching.
- Study top-performing creatives and campaign data to identify patterns and apply those insights to future scripts.
- Take end-to-end ownership of promotional communication, from the initial concept and scripting to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams, video editors and designers to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Maintain consistency in SoulSensei’s messaging, tone and brand voice across all audience-facing communication.
- Identify emerging content formats, storytelling approaches and audience interests to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
- Review creative outputs and provide clear feedback to maintain writing quality and campaign alignment.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas for launches, community engagement initiatives and new experiences.

What We’re Looking For





- 3 - 5 years of experience in promo writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, advertising, creative writing, brand communication, content strategy or campaign development.
- A strong portfolio featuring promotional campaigns, video scripts, launches or digital-first content.
- Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
- Hindi writing ability will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating content for TV, OTT, radio, advertising, digital-first platforms or short-form video formats.
- A strong understanding of what creates curiosity, holds attention and drives audiences to take action.
- The ability to study creative performance data and translate insights into stronger scripts and campaigns.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to independently develop and present creative directions.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative, marketing and business teams.
- High ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns without constant follow-ups.
- A genuine interest in spirituality, mindfulness, wellness, personal growth or conscious living.
