SureInsure is expanding its Insurance Broking Support Team and is looking for experienced, driven and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Australian General Insurance operations.
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:
- General Insurance Broking
- Client Servicing
- Renewals & New Business
- Quotations & Policy Administration
- Endorsements & Cancellations
- Claims Support
- Insurer Follow-ups
- Broking Operations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience with a General Insurance Broker or Insurer
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Positive understanding of commercial and/or personal insurance products
- Experience managing renewals, quotations and policy documentation
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with an Australian-based broking team
- A proactive, professional and collaborative approach
Experience supporting Australian General Insurance operations will be highly regarded.
