? Job Opportunity: Senior Interior Designer [Coordination] – Building Interiors

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact interior spaces for real estate developers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in conceptualizing and executing interiors for Sales Offices, Clubhouses, Lobbies, Reception Areas, Parking Zones, Gardens/Club Areas, and other Building Amenities — blending functionality with aesthetic excellence.

Scope & Accountabilities

- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP, Lighting and other consultants
- Review design development, working drawings, GFC drawings and technical details
- Coordinate and close design discrepancies, RFIs and drawing revisions
- Review materials, specifications, BOQs and design intent
- Coordinate between consultants, procurement and site teams
- Conduct design reviews and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Maintain drawing/documentation and design coordination records

Important Screening Criteria

? Do NOT shortlist candidates whose primary experience is with Interior Contractors / Turnkey Contractors / Execution Contractors

? Candidates from cafés,



restaurants or predominantly retail execution projects are not preferred

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of interior design and technical detailing
- Good AutoCAD and drawing‑reading skills
- Strong consultant coordination and follow‑up
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery and MEP coordination
- Ability to work from the developer/client side and coordinate consultants and contractors

Competencies / Attributes

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Team player with robust communication and presentation skills

Target Profile

- Education: Bachelor/Diploma in Interior Designing
- Experience: 5–10 years in the real estate industry, handling multi‑site interior projects. High‑rise residential experience is mandatory.
- Candidates currently or previously working with a Real Estate Developer or Interior Design/Architecture Consultancy preferred
- Experience in premium residential or large‑scale real estate projects desirable
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple design consultants and project stakeholders
