- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations
- Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students
- Maintain attendance and hostel records
- Handle student concerns and provide guidance
- Coordinate with school management and parents
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Hostel Warden / similar role
- Solid leadership and student-handling skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and approachable personality
- Ability to stay on hostel premises
