• Handling client consultations and inquiries
• Understanding clients’ immigration requirements
• Explaining suitable immigration options and processes
• Managing follow-ups and client relationships
• Coordinating with the processing team
• Working towards individual & team targets
• Maintaining client information and follow-ups in CRM
