Position: Senior Manager – Offensive Security

Job Overview

n

We are looking for Offensive Security professionals with strong hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) . The role will focus on assessing enterprise security posture through controlled offensive security activities and validating the effectiveness of security controls.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Execute Red Team simulations, penetration tests and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.;
n
- Conduct security testing across applications, networks and identity systems.
n
- Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities.
n
- Perform controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.
n
- Work closely with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to improve detection coverage.
n




- Follow testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST and industry best practices.
n
- Prepare detailed security assessment reports and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
n
- Demonstrate solid analytical and adversarial thinking while working collaboratively with multiple security teams.

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Strong practical experience in Offensive Security.
n
- Hands-on exposure to Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and BAS.
n
- Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK;, OWASP and NIST frameworks.
n
- Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SOC, IT and Security Engineering teams.
